By making a purchase through our website huda.ke or in-store, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product was purchased directly from Huda Hardware and Electricals Limited, either online or from our physical store.
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of installation, modification, or misuse cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Electrical consumables such as bulbs, fuses, switches, and wiring once opened or installed.
Items sold at discounted or clearance prices, unless defective.
Custom-made or special-order products that are not part of our regular stock.

3. Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return or refund request:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Page or email hello@huda.ke.
Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the product.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note that shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Where possible, we offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value if the original product was defective or damaged. If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be offered.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as described under the Procedure for Returns section.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report the issue immediately (within 48 hours).
Provide supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue quickly.

We will arrange for replacement or refund at no extra cost once the claim is confirmed.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch without penalty. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it will be subject to the normal returns process outlined above.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product is defective or incorrect, or
The return is a result of our error.

If we are at fault, we will bear the cost of collection or replacement delivery.
